I made Red Velvet Cupcakes this afternoon. It is a Kraft recipe with frosting inserted into the cupcakes and then frosted and decorated with white chocolate curls. (See below.)

I'm taking the cupcakes to my parents on Sunday in celebration of my Mom's birthday and Valentine's Day.Next I'm going to watch the movie The Proposal. I thought it was most fitting for this Valetine's weekend.
